The “Yoga for Athletes” program will focus on increasing flexibility and range of motion, as well as furthering
strength, endurance and correcting body mis-alignments. Participants will learn various yoga postures that stretch
and strengthen the muscles and also promote balance, concentration and mental clarity. Emphasis on the breath is an
integral part of the yoga practice; which improves respiratory capacity and cardiovascular health.
